Big real mode, aka flatmode, is real mode in an kind of partly
undocummented state...
The logic is something like this:
go into real mode (V86 won't do it)
flip around with some things and remove the 64k limit
wolla! Big real mode! 4 GB memory accessible in real mode.
No more need for XMS and EMS handlers, you can access everything
as flat memory...
