We have 33,955,840 bytes free on C:, but more to the point, 6,002,688 bytes
free on the D: partition where the *.msg files are kept.
Of course we are using Stacker, which may render all these numbers
unreliable.
Update: We also get some cases where the cursor does keep flashing but
nothing else seems to be happening. There's no sign of activitiy from the
disk drive, for example.
And the system is freezing up in a similar fashion after using LORE as well
as OpEd.
Tonight we're going to log in from one of the other computers and test the
BBS outside of the keyboard-log in. Maybe tonight I can pull out the Meadow
archives and FAQs to see what I can find, because I'm sure this has been
discussed before.
Anyway, thanks for responding -- disk space is something I should have
checked right away. I guess I didn't because stuff still tosses and when we
run out of disk space, QM usually lets us know about it.
