Yes. There is a program called ReFox. I use at the moment version 5 ( I don't
need 6 yet (that is the VFP version)). And it can recompile .FOX files into
source code.

No.

Try that. Recompiling doesn't give you the comments. I would order ReFox (the
current version is 6, so ask if it still can recompile .Fox files), and
beside that try to contact the programmer.
If you want info on ReFox try to get a copy of the FoxPro Advisor, there is
always an advertisement in it.
