The two women on Gallifrey hid their eyes, the Weeping Angels froze
when looked at.  The priestesses in the Pompeii episode also hid
their eyes, there may be a connection.

The Woman in white was on Earth, the spaceship and I think was
one of the women behind Rassilon on Gallifrey.  This suggests
the the alleged mother of the Doctor knows a way out of the time
bubble.  The other Time Lords could follow her, possibly with
the Doctor's help.
