Oh! I was talking about in a DOS window, not when you choose
Shutdown-Restart in MS-DOS mode. When I opened a DOS window, MSCDEX isn't
loaded, (according to mem) but various programs detect that it is. I think
that'd be the same with the mouse driver. It's not in memory but you still
get mouse functionality.
