We looked at the birth index at the Clayton library here in Houston and found 
it there. The infor in the birth index there had the info of his adopted 
parents. The birth certificate # matched the copy we had. Would the index in 
Dallas have anything different? How is Tulsa? I used to live there about 15 
years ago off of 81st and Yale. Ii went to Jenks High school. Has it grown 
much?
