Hey Paul!
PH> They see themselves as centre right
Sounds wishy-washy to me. Sort of like tacking on the word 'diet' to 'cola' in
an attempt to sell it as a dietary aid when in reality it is probably more
harmful than just plain old cola which of course is also bad for you.
Anyhow I looked them up and from this angle they look and sound like
conservatives. A couple of their campaign promises sounded worriesome to me
but I tend to lean towards socialism ... errrr ... left of center?
Where exactly is center?
PH> did so with a larger majority of votes than they secured in their
PH> second term win.
Sounds identical to the political situation here in Canada. Not sure about the
economic situation there but here it is pretty well much stagnant and the
Conservatives aren't helping out much by cutting and slashing. Beats me why
they think that is helping matters any but they obviously do as they are self
declared proper stewards of the economy and jobs, which from this angle appears
to be totally bogus.
Life is good,
Maurice
... Don't cry for me I have vi.
