Is the IP address for the class C license arbitrary?  That is to say, can it 
have no relation to the IP address of my ISP?
 
I have only one computer, which serves various server functions.  The TSERVE 
docs specify that you must have another computer networked in as a router.  
Is there any alternative to this second computer?
 
Is there a TSERVE mailing list, newsgroup, or echo?
