BAR take on the World (council)

(14-Oct-98) - BAR could try to overturn a new rule preventing teams from
running its two cars in different liveries.

Rumours suggest that BAR is contemplating legal action to stop the
regulation, which is expected to be passed by the FIA World Council on
Thursday.

The proposal, voted in by the F1 Commission at last month's Luxembourg
Grand Prix, was perceived as an attempt to pull BAR boss Craig Pollock back
into line. Pollock is unpopular because of bold claims made by his team.
