But joking apart, I suspect that the shortage of competent people will
cointinue as it alsways has, and that one or two really good coders will
wrote a system where you just tell it using voice commands what you want
it to do, and it writes the best code possible.

The library is in code algorithms that the AI coding platform knows..

Then OOP and all the other rubbish that is designed to make bad coders
less incompetent, can be dispensed with.
