Testing times

(16-Oct-98) - Testing ahead of the final round of the championship in Japan
has continued this week at three circuits.

McLaren, Benetton and Prost have been testing at the Barcelona circuit
where McLaren have been setting the pace. David Coulthard set the fastest
time yesterday with a 1m20.161.

At Silverstone it is Jordan who have been the pacesetters ahead of Stewart,
Arrows and BAR.

At the Mugello circuit in Tuscany Ferrari has been putting the F300 through
is paces. Irvine broke the track record on Wednesday before the team was
confronted with fog yesterday.
