No problem. He has some spares and he's making them last by
soft-starting with a Variac.

Your rates are a lot cheaper than airmail rates from Australia to
US.

IIRC the basic price for a letter is about $1.20. About a year
ago I enquired the rate to send a packet weighing 24 ounces to
US -- it was going to cost _WAY_ over $20!

That would be right. I think they dropped the "fragile" category
when they went to automatic mail sorting equipment.
