That'll probably take time -- we ARE bonding but it's only been 2 months
now .....

That's what I thought ...... too bad as she's just a nice horse
herwise.

Yes, I'm doing that now ..... the open hand makes a loud noise but
shouldn't hurt ..... she KNOWS it's wrong to snap, snap as after I yell at
her she will keep her head perfectly straight forward but then 'pop' her lips
togehter one more time (like a defiant kid).

Okey Dokey ...... I'll enforce the "good". She likes to be told she's a
"good girl" ..... I suppose it's just going to take a long time to MAYBE
correct this behavior.

Okey dokey ...

That's good -- hope she stops it after a bit.

I know it's a bad habit ...... and I'm just hoping it can be corrected
..... like I said before -- she's an extremely NICE horse with only this 1
bad habit ...... and now it IS a habit as I never cinch up tight ..... she
doesn't give me a moments worth of problems after the cinching up is all
ne.
Thanks for the advice ....... I'll keep you posted.
