Please give details as to how Bink/Max can be run as telnettable apps
(incoming and outgoing) under WinNT or Win95. I don't think it's possible
with currently available tools.
Bryan Woodruff's WinFOSSILNT has a Vmodem-like functionality, but 1)it's
flaky, 2) it only works for DOS apps run under WinNT (not Win32 apps), and 3)
Bryan's disappeared.
