Based on only the above Seenby info, this echo is being exported to Scott
Little and Barry Blackford in Zone 3. Scott via Dale and Barry via myself.

The potential exists that this echo is further being exported out of zone
via Barry Blackford, Brenda Donovan and Bob Seaborn, but unless they are
asked or until I see messages come in from their directions so I can see
the seenbys. its hard to tell to which extent it is.
