Well, you can't obviously use Max if Argus is the one taking the incoming
telnet connections. You need to have a global telnet driver that both
Max and Argus use. Because if you use Argus' own IP features to answer
the call and then load Max, there will actually be noone connected to the
telnet driver's port (which is what Max uses) since the inbound telnet
socket is bound to Argus and can't be switched over to another app without
breaking the connection.

You could then try using NT or OS/2 instead of Win95.
