Has nothing to do with what we think, it all depends on
what the moderator thinks.  Echoes are not democracies
where we all get a vote but more like benevolent
dictatorships.  If the moderator feels a subject is too
bland, too hot or too whatever he has every right to
say its off topic.  BTW, patch trading is and has been
not allowed as off topic.

I think most of the riots blamed on police brutality
have nothing to do with brutality.  They are the same
as the semi-regular riots after a sports team wins a
championship.
