I had two problems with the new version so far:

1)  INSTALL didn't work.  I had SEAL unpacked to D:\TEMP and the old
version in D:\UTILS\SEAL.  INSTALL claimed there was an old version that it
was updating and that seal.ini would be saved to seal.sav.  Seal.ini
disappeared and no seal.sav was created (neither in the installation nor in
the SEAL directory.

2)  Message/split doesn't seem to work.  I tried leaving it blank, setting
it to 0 and setting it to 64.  In all cases a notify message was split into
parts of about 60 lines.  Also the split is not clean: breaking halfway in
a line.
