As one very smart and observant individual (Dale Shipp) said, the changes
you bitched about were format and nothing more.

Yes, those with a reading comprehension problem counted as 'most' in your
book. Those who paid attention agreed with those changes, which was
that the moderator must echolist the conference and nothing more.

something in the reformatted rules. BTW, your version was unreadable every
time you posted them.
