What is POSTCARD, and what does it have to do with UFOs?
  POSTCARD is a thread where exchanging information can take place
regarding other echoes, e-mail addresses, and otherwise off-topic
information. The thread has rules... The entire message, including
quote material (if message is a reply) must be contained within one
screen-ful. This includes automated sign-offs and origin lines.
  Technically, it is more like a chat area, and will be closely scrutin-
ized. If there are too many abuses (over-extending the single screenful),
the thread will be discontinued. POSTCARD is the only area non-UFO related
discussions may take place. Most have indicated they want UFO to be about
UFOs (Strange as it may seem). ;-) Complaints and gripes are still sent
to the e-mail address below. If you don't have e-mail or netmail
available, then you don't have any gripes. All gripes will be answered
