Same here and I wasn't trying to do any cop bashing. My point was that
she was perceived as "different" and for some reason a threat. You
can't argue that some pretty extreme and costly measures were exerted
to remove her from society. Somewhere along the line, the "system"
should have reevaluated the situation and taken another tack.

Even though my information has been from the underground media
perspective I've no problem with the way the police handled the
situation. It appeared that they were doing their job and in the most
humane way.
