Of course we have only HIS word that the problems were due to OTHERS not
following standards. It is not the first time in the history of Fdioet that
such claims were made..

No, I am not going to wade through it again. Next time please just don't give
20 pages to wade through, give the exact paragraph(s) where to look, instead of
