This recipe request comes from Margaret M: Our father's family used to can
dandelion greens in the spring for an all year long TREAT! The recipe includes
greens, bacon, vinegar and about a pint of cream. The concoction was served
over boiled potatoes in our family. For a few years I was able to buy canned
greens from W S Wells in Maine, but they have disappeared. My sister still
remembers this family treat and we would love to enjoy it again. We need the
recipe AND a source for canned greens.
