"those people using it", "them"... it seems that you've
fallen into the (accidental) trap of homogenizing "those people".
Would you object if a subset of "those people" used it as a
symbol for hate and discrimination?
In other words, does the use to which the symbol is put make a difference
to your attitudes towards the group using it in a certain manner?
