There has been plenty of warning and there are such things as taxis,
busses, trains, a thumb in the air, a bicycle.  A pathetic excuse where
one's life is involved immho.  I'm sure there are some who would need
physical help in leaving, but not the majority of folks.

I saw a lot of folks strolling around like the party hasn't ended.

Gotta be W's fault.
