Because I had to completely reinstall (from old backups) my fidonet nodes on
completely new systems but while the hub operations are mostly working again on
my 1:120/544 node, many other things are not. (My 1:120/546 node is
reinstalled again on another system but not yet fully operational, & my
1:120/545 node was back up briefly but its host systemm had a hardware
failure.) And it's not helped not being able to work on it very often, nor
that it's not the only thing I need to work on...

That'd certianly be nice. If I can't make progress otherwise, I'll likely try
posting from the command line.

Would posting to a remote bbs (which even my own systems are, effectively)
even be considered as "in person"?

In any case, Janis should be able to attest regarding who I am, as she is the
one who reminded me via email of what's going on and who hosts this bbs that'd
I'm posting on (& where I've maintained a backup login account for a very long
time...).
