     Yep.  He sure is.  Back in the early '90s, he had a short-lived
series called "Cage" in which he abandoned the name Power Man (it
wasn't cool enough) in favour of just using his surname.  But more
recently, in a series called "Heroes For Hire" (a play on the original
title for Luke Cage's original series), Cage is back to calling
himself Power Man.  It's a team book which also features Iron Fist,
Ant-Man, the Black Knight, a new White Tiger and their leader, the
powerless (for now) Jim Hammond (the golden age Human Torch).
Basically, H4H works for Oracle, a company owned by the Sub-mariner.
