When they begin one of those class action suits, they send out a letter
telling you about your options (you would be included in that mailing,
since you owned a vehicle similar to that mentioned in the suit). One of
them is to return the letter with your signature and indicating with an X
whether or not you wish to participate. Been there, done that.
