   Of course it isn't.

   If it was, no mailer did ever run on an original IBM PC, but I seem to
recall that it was quite a popular computer in the early Fidonet years (mine
included).

   And I've patched quite a few abandonware FTN programs in my days using the
8-bit DOS program DEBUG.COM to know for sure.
