Kiddo, ?Millions?  Hardly.  When the police do spped, they do so for good 
reason and with *lots* or warning whailing sounds so everyone can get off to 
the side of the road safely long before they arrive.
Unlike you, they also have professional driving classes that teach them how 
to do the higher speeds, as safely as possible for the populace they are 
sworn to protect with their lives, if need be.
*They* arent just out joyriding for fun, endangering honest citizens.  YOU 
are.
