Minor correction here -- 4/16Mbits/sec.  A common mistake with Token Ring 
LANS.  The cards will do 4Mbits/sec. and sometimes come configured that way.  
Plug one configured for 4Mbits/sec. on a TR LAN that has all cards set to 
16Mbits/sec. and see what happens. :)  Ya gotta check 'em 'cause they DO have 
the slower capability.
