Used to do some of that, a few years back.  The computing has stuck, so
as the writing if newsletters and such can be called that.

I dunno. But......I learned that change can be affected from below years
ago.  And how to do just that.
The pain from the arthritis is less some days than others.  It isn't
near as bad as it once was.
