Yes, you're right; there was no acting involved for JD, at least not
about MG's politics (e.g., Road to Gethsemane and his rant there about
capital punishment).

I like what he said, too, and had him sign my paper copy of his book
when he came to the DC area.
Note: Jerry reads his unabridged book. Interestingly, he said he found
it difficult to remember exactly what his emotions were when he had
written a particular section, in order to read it he same way.  I've
done some writing, and that's never been a prob for me.
