At my UniCorn BBS Dos 5 machine CP437 is used,
and at my RISC OS 5.23 ip system, Raspberry Pi 1B2 with !ROSBink,
characterset ISO Latin 8859-1,
same as at my !WimpLink Point 1 system, RiscPC, at the Acorn RISC PC.
UTF8 is only possible here when I will start using my Raspberry Pi with
Raspbian Stretch Linux and Husky software. I donot know when ready.
At this moment I donot like the UTF 8 circus.
So if contributing FidoNews is restricted to UTF8 only,
it will sure decrease your input.
