   I still have rolls upon rolls of old telexes somewhere around here. All in
upper case. I have never seen a lower case telex. Maybe it was special to
Sweden...?

   In various movies (e.g. Good Morning Vietnam) and TV shows depicting the
time, telex printouts always seem to be upper case, so maybe it was special to
the US as well?
