Are you using that for health reasons? Partially hydrogenated soybean oil
usually means high fat content, which is bad for cholesterol. If that stuff
was meant for adding to coffee, the serving size may only be a tablespoon.
I think if a serving contains less than 0.5g of fat, the FDA allows it to
be labeled 0g fat. But if you are using it to add to cereal, you may be
using significantly more than a serving, and maybe consuming several grams
of fat.
