Hi Jack From Ottawa :-)
Congrats for starting on the path. I can't help very much but will put
my two cents in by saying Look for something that works for you AND
keeps you sober. A lot of the options that we face may not seem easy
(and usually aren't) but are not really options at all but things we
must do.
Enough of my POV.... Whatever you do, I wish you the best of luck and
hope we all make it.
