Hakkinen off pace in testing

LONDON (Oct 19, 1998 - 16:03 EDT) - World championship leader Mika Hakkinen
was only fourth fastest in Formula One testing at Silverstone on Monday
ahead of the title-deciding Japan Grand Prix on November 1.

Hakkinen clocked one minute 27.50 seconds around the Northamptonshire track
to trail his McLaren team mate David Coulthard by more than a second.

Damon Hill, in the Jordan, was second fastest, six tenths behind Coulthard,
with Williams test driver Max Wilson third quickest.

Stewart's Rubens Barrichello was fifth fastest with British American
Racing's test driver Jean-Christophe Boullion sixth in 1:29.40.
