Thanks, will look into it.

No way to get him to drop AOL as his ISP though, even though he's DSL.  He
hosts some content for AOL in the Black Gospel world, and uses them as an
"anchor", no matter where he lives/moves.  At the moment, Bell
South provisions his DSL, but uses AOL to do all the connecting.

The last issue is this one on Security Center and Firewall.  I've gotten
all detectable malware removed, and have done the "free" scans
with at least 10 different programs, they all now come up clean.

If I can't get this resolved, it's going to be move off all his iTunes
music, and files, and do a format/re-install.  It will be up to his Dad
though.  He's leaning that way.
