I know, i agreed with it, it was my mistake to send it to the wrong
person. I've also come to the conclusion that alot of people are just
dumb, i cant count the number of times i've seen a car running siting
in front of a store with the keys in it and doors unlocked with no one
in the car, all it takes is 5 seconds for osmeone to jump in and take
off. This is a question to all the officers out there, have you ever
responded to, or stoped a car theif where the theif jumped in a car
with a manual transmission but couldnt drive it?
