Yes.  I have always held the view that employer-premiums should be treated
as taxable income to the employee, thus removing the tax incentive to be in
an employer-provided plan as opposed to procuring insurance through some
other means.

Employers shouldn't be involved in providing health care any more than
employers are involved in providing auto insurance.
