I am not sure what files your Boss node offers to you, but if you are not
getting anything, first make sure that the request actually went to the Boss
node.  ;)  If you were using WinPoint's built-in file request feature, then the
request may have been constructed gone to 0:8/15.  [See my Points Comparison
guide, WinPoint CONS and the 6th item down] 

Do get around it, I always contructed my file requests manually, in netmail.

Did you remember to put the password in the Subject line?  Maybe there is an
uppercase/lowercase issue. Maybe there was a typo.
