Richard it is good to hear a good outcome of what sometimes sounds so very
serious. I thank goodness for the emergency vets. Not to long ago, one of
my boys started flipping out and acting like he was tripping on something.
Scared the ehck out of me when he finally collapsed and defecated on the
floor. I ended up having to take him to the emergency vet and he was
checked and some blood tests etc, and at the time they said take him home
and keep Your eye on him. The sad thing was, while I was waiting for all
this, the things You see in abundance that You don't see at the regular vet
is a bet overwhelming for an animal lover. In the short time I sat there
waiting I saw 3 families put their dog to sleep. One bring in his dead dog
that died on the way, and a poor little lab pup with a huge fishing lure
snagged in his lower lip. Some pretty sad stuff, but I was glad things
worked out for simon. I am glad things worked out for your dog too.. It is
amazing to see those emergency places at work.
