There may be a way around this if placed in another area.
My documentation refers to VB3 people writing DLLS so there must
have been ways to do it.

I posted that message because I found it very difficult to make C/C++
pass strings in 16 bit mode and I finally got one example to work.
However, the technique gives inconsistant results and other people,
hopefully, will give suggestions to stablize it.
And, I know that others have been having the same trouble on both sides.
I checked though the internet and found more people having problems passing
info from C/C++ dlls, than answers and all the answers were vague.
This should have been a settled and well documented subject by now.
I really want this to work as I have a lot of C/C++ code I would like
to reuse!
