Yes it does.  D'oh!

I've had this TV for about two years now, and I still don't understand
why some picture size options are available for some sources but not
others.  I also sometimes wonder what genius decided it was a good idea
to put the opaque menu so large in the middle of the screen.  I have to
dismiss the menu to see if the new size distorts the image.
