Hi,
While watching HGTV, Willard's Almanac came on and he had a guest that gave 
the following info:
To dry orange or lemon slices:
Cut abt 1/4" thick slices.
Place on cookie sheet, place in 200 - 225 degree F oven for 3 to 3.5 hrs.
Slices are done when centre colour is clear orange or yellow like a stain 
glass effect.
