This is a great idea, and I bet it would have a dramatic impact on the
gangbangers as well. I can just see the officer taking the video or the
photographs and the reaction of the bangers, wondering what he or she was
doing and what effect it would have on them. It would also give graphic
examples of what is happening in the neighborhood to the potential members of
the citizens' group. This is a great idea, one that I may use. Thanks!
