We have no dhcp so even if they were to plug into the internal network they
would not get an IP address that works. So for the laptop to work you have
to plug it into it's base station which is hard wired to the right network.
If we did wireless I'd just put the wireless on the right network.
Each wall outlet is wired to a patch panel so it's simple to patch it to
the right network in the phone room.
