I can't find it on my iPhone. Of course, that's only 3.1.3; it seems
that 3.2 is unique to the iPad. On the other hand, I gather 4.0 is
being publicly demonstrated this Thursday.
The iPhone supports over a dozen keyboards, though, so if it doesn't
support Dvorak, it can only be because Apple doesn't think there's any
demand for it.
