I'll have to grab the current RA structures and do a little comparison.  Is
there an EleBBS structures document available?

I believe the only structure changes that Bruce Morse made was adding 4
digit year fields to the userbase files and exitinfo.bbs, timelog.bbs,
event.ra, and config.ra.

In config.ra, he kept the original format, but added the in the 4 digit year
fields in some unused bytes, so this will still work with EleBBS.

I don't think any changes were made to messages.ra, files.ra, or the FDB.
